15 OF MAY DAY OF THE TEACHER (COLOMBIA)

The 15 (fifteen) of May the day of the teacher is celebrated in Colombia, being this date the opportunity to take a break in the work and to allow to educational a critical reflection on its pedagogical task and the new challenges that will have to face the education in the 21st century (21), and in spite of the uncertain complex and of this exercise, it is indispensable that the teachers we assume with commitment the task of rethink the sense and the function of the school and the educational one at the present time.

The Normal School Superior of Gacheta (Cund) raises some challenges for these first decades of the century and to which we have tried to give answer from Conceptual the Holistic perspective.

Being they:

To incline by the humanisation of the education.
Development of competitions and human dimensions.
Development of the autonomy that allows the student to think, to value by itself and to act.
To cultivate the interest by the investigation like generating strategy of knowledge.
To approach the educational students and to the paradigm of the inclusion not only of the educative people with special needs if not of the diversity.
To form educational able to confront the challenges of the globalisation in the context where they develop.

Finally the Normal School Superior of Gacheta raises the formative work advanced by all the educational ones of the municipality of Trigger, the region of the Guavio, of Cundinamarca, Colombia and the world.

2010 INTERNATIONAL YEAR OF BIODIVERSITY

Cali Colombia (22 – 28 of March 2010)

“The United Nations declared the 2010 like the Year International of the Biological Diversity”

Therefore the ninth meeting of the work group was carried out conformed by more than one hundred (100) countries of the five continents in the city of Cali (Colombia) that has like main ideal the conservation and the respect by the alive beings.

The Normal School Superior of Gachetá conscientious of the problems that suffers our means at the moment because the activities realized by the negative man are every day but, until the point to defy the generosities of the nature, being this reason per which a series of tending pedagogical strategies has occurred to beginning to that the new generations construct their world and does not destroy the resources of the nature and of the planet on which the human species has been developed per together millenia and we look for a same intention to save our common patrimony “the Earth”.

The educative institution becomes in this event in representation of the department of Cundinamarca along with others from the country to the being chosen by the committee of the program Waves present of Colciencias, like the best project in the abierta environmental line, which denominates “aquaponics an alternative oriented to the food production of quality in the Normal School Superior of Gachetá”

This splendid event had capacity in the facilities of the Centro de Eventos del Valle del Pacifico (Yumbo Colombia) that is to 10 minutes of the Airport the International, Alfonso Bonilla Aragon, and to 15 minutes of the hotel nucleus of Cali.

It has capacity to lodge from 50 to 11,000 people in a single place and its multifunctional design allows him to adapt itself for social congresses, conferences, meetings, parades, plays, concerts, exhibitions and until for the practice of seven Olympic sports.
